The Urban Crisis Council Day Care is an exceptional place. The attention I received was top-notch, and the teachers were truly excellent. They were very friendly and showed a lot of care especially towards my child Carolina. I have to give a shoutout to Carolina, who is an excellent teacher.
I found the staff to be very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I felt confident leaving my child in their hands. However, I did notice that there were some areas that could use improvement.
While the teachers were great, I think the facilities could be updated a bit. There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance that I think should be addressed.
