I enrolled my three year old at Mt. Pilgrim Tiny Tot Day Care and I have been impressed by the amazing staff. They truly care for my daughter as if she were their own, and their love for working with children is evident. What sets this daycare apart is the hands-on activities that the children do every day, and my daughter comes home with so many art projects, it’s amazing! The friendly atmosphere is also a big plus, and I would definitely recommend this place to other parents.
However, I did have a negative experience when I had to take my daughter out of another daycare before enrolling her at Mt Pilgrim. When I called to inquire about space, the staff went behind my back and contacted her old daycare, which I found to be highly unprofessional and a breach of privacy. This behavior significantly lowered the quality of my experience and I do not recommend this daycare based on that incident.
Overall, the staff are amazing and very welcoming, and my daughter loves it there. Despite the negative experience with communication, the care and activities provided for the kids are commendable.
