Opinions of Childcare Network
I have been taking my son to Childcare Network for a year and a half now and he has a great day almost every day. He loves his friends and teachers, and even looks forward to going on the weekends! Ms. Monica and Ms. Teresa have been amazing in making him feel happy and comfortable, and they handle incidents and illnesses with competence. I was initially worried about sending him to daycare, but they have made me feel happy and confident in my decision.
On the other hand, there are negative reviews from some parents. One parent expressed their dissatisfaction with the frequent turnover of teachers and even had an alarming incident where their child was physically hurt. The lack of proper supervision and safety measures was concerning, leading them to believe that the daycare should be closed down.
Conversely, another parent shared a positive experience, mentioning that their child had been attending the daycare for four years and they have felt it to be a safe and friendly environment. Additionally, a parent expressed joy towards their decision to enroll their child amidst the pandemic, speaking highly of the welcoming nature of Ms. Teresa and Ms. Jennifer, as well as the fantastic communication and care provided by the infant room staff.
Lastly, another parent has been happily taking their kids to this location since January 2020 and has been very satisfied with the kindness, professionalism, and level of care provided by the staff. They feel that their kids not only receive great care but also a high-quality education.
Ultimately, it’s clear that while there are some negative experiences, there are also many positive ones. It’s important for parents to weigh both sides and make an informed decision based on their individual needs and experiences.
